In Samsara, the property is rented as a whole. It is a frontline, seaview property that sleeps 4-6 people, with direct access to the Beach and features views to the Bay of La Concha, the Santa Clara Island, and the peaks of Monte Igueldo and Monte Urgull to either side of the bay.
It has an open kitchen, 2 large ensuite bedrooms and an extra guest toilet. It has private access to a terrace of 60 metres squared. A carpark of 15 metres squared in the same building is also available to rent.
The entire building is disabled accessible with extra wide corridors and elevator with a Ground Zero entry.

It is a frontline, seaview property that sleeps 2-4 people, with direct views and close access to Zurriola and La Concha Beach and features views to Zurriola Beach, the area of Gros and the headland of Monte Urgull. During the winter months, frequent large wave activity will happen at this point in the San Sebastian peninsula / promenade and you can watch it romantically from your bay window and balcony which sits on a high floor.
It is rectangular shaped, with the living room, kitchen and bedrooms facing the sea, and only the bathroom is interior. The living room has a bay window and a French stone balcony runs across the kitchen and bedrooms.
The entire building is disabled accessible with elevators with a Ground Zero entry. There is street parking both short and long term.
Nearby attractions include the Old Town which is the iconic day and nightlife of the City filled with supermarkets, notable bars for food and drink but none of this noise reaches the apartment, which sits on the edge of the activity. The apartment is in the middle of the entire city so is walking distance to everywhere but most of the the bus networks start and end here too. There is a nearby medical center for emergencies and supermarkets / gyms as well as La Bretxa market.
